Bvlgari Il Cioccolato Maitre Chocolatier Konako Saito Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1981.
In September 2007, he joined Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Tokyo Restaurant. He was involved in the opening of Bvlgari's first chocolate shop, "Il Cioccolato," located within Il Café in Omotesando, and for the Bvlgari Il Cioccolato retrospective held in January 2015, he oversaw the production of over 100 flavors of chocolate that had been developed up to that point. He was appointed Maître chocolatier in January 2016, responsible for the development and production of "Chocolate Gems."
