Toraya Cafe and Toraya Cafe An Stand offer a variety of "an paste shaved ice," which combines their specialty "an paste" with fruits and alcohol that go well with it.

The highlights are the newly released "An paste shaved ice [blueberry]" (756 yen) and "An paste shaved ice [blueberry condensed milk]" (864 yen), which is topped with slowly and carefully brewed homemade condensed milk. Made with plenty of ripe blueberry puree, it has a delicious sweet and sour aroma. It will be available at An Stand Kita-Aoyama and An Stand Shinjuku from June 4th to July 4th, and at the An Stand Ginza pop-up store from June 4th to 30th.

"An Paste Shaved Ice [Hassaku]" (756 yen) is made with hassaku puree from Hiroshima and has an exquisite balance of the freshness of the hassaku and the sweetness of the bean paste. The lineup also includes "Anko Paste Shaved Ice [Strawberry]" (864 yen), "Anko Paste Shaved Ice [Strawberry]" (756 yen), and "Anko Paste Shaved Ice [Strawberry Condensed Milk]" (864 yen), in which the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry syrup made with "Amaou" strawberries brings out the deliciousness of the anko paste.   

"Hassaku" and "Hassaku Condensed Milk" will be available at An Stand Kita-Aoyama from July 5th to 30th, at An Stand Shinjuku from July 5th to 31st, and at the An Stand Ginza pop-up store from July 1st to 31st.

"Anko Paste Shaved Ice [Strawberry]" and "Anko Paste Shaved Ice [Strawberry Condensed Milk]" will be available at An Stand Kita-Aoyama and An Stand Shinjuku from August 1st to mid-September, and at the An Stand Ginza pop-up store from August 1st to September 1st.

The An Stand Ginza pop-up store will open from June 4th, and will also be selling store-exclusive shaved ice that combines "An paste (simple)" with alcohol.  

Newly released are "An Paste Shaved Ice [Calvados]" (540 yen), made with French Calvados, which has the aroma of aged oak barrels and fresh apples, and "An Paste Shaved Ice [Spice Wine]" (540 yen), a spicy and fruity flavor made from red wine with lemon, orange, cinnamon, and cloves.

"An Paste Shaved Ice [Calvados]" will be available from July 1st to 31st, and "An Paste Shaved Ice [Spice Wine]" will be available from August 1st to September 1st.

In addition, there is also the refreshing "An paste shaved ice [limoncello]" (540 yen) and "An paste shaved ice [rum]" (540 yen), which combines rum made from sugarcane produced in Okinawa with brown sugar syrup, so you can enjoy a wide variety of cool, adult flavors.

The "Bean Paste Shaved Ice [Limoncello]" will be available from June 4th to 30th, and the "Bean Paste Shaved Ice [Rum]" will be available from June 4th to September 1st.  

"Matcha and Citrus Milk Mizore" (864 yen)

Other flavors available include shaved ice made with homemade condensed milk and Uji matcha, as well as "Mizore," a type of coarsely shaved frozen fruit puree that is only available at Toraya Cafe Aoyama.
