The Westin Tokyo's lobby lounge "The Lounge" and executive bar "The Bar" on the first floor will be offering "Premium Parfaits" from July 1st to August 31st, with different menus available for lunch and dinner. "Oriental Parfait" (1,850 yen each)

The "Oriental Parfait" (1,850 yen each) is made with seven layers of refreshing flavors such as seasonal fruits, compote, jelly, and sorbet, accented with lychee granita. The lineup includes three flavors: "Exotic," which is full of tropical aromas; "Rouge," which has a striking vibrant berry color; and "Citrus," which is bursting with lemon and grapefruit juice. You can enjoy different flavors depending on how you pour the spoon, such as the juicy fruit flavors and textures, and the cool, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Meanwhile, the "Twilight Parfait", which will be served from 5pm, will feature an assiette dessert (plated dessert) style "Rum-Scented Chocolate Parfait for Adults", "Tiramisu Parfait", and "Nougat Glacée and Griotte Cherry Parfait".These three luxurious varieties are perfect for the moody atmosphere as night falls, both in taste and appearance.


"Glass Sweets" (from 620 yen)

In addition, the pastry boutique "Westin Deli" on the first floor will be selling five new types of "Glass Sweets" (from 620 yen). The shop offers a selection of refreshing sweets that are both visually appealing and tasty, making them perfect as gifts, including "Melon and Coconut Panna Cotta," which combines coconut-flavored panna cotta with melon, and "Baba Exotic," which combines rum-soaked baba with the deliciousness of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple.
