The InterContinental Tokyo Bay Hotel is hosting an Alice in Wonderland-themed sweets buffet called "Alice's World Tea Sweets Collection by Junji Tokunaga" in collaboration with tea specialty store Lupicia for four days only.


The venue, which reflects the world of Alice in Wonderland, offers a wide range of sweets, from Western-style pastries such as "Matcha Mousse with Yuzu Kudzu Sauce" and "Rabbit Earl Grey and Berry Mousse," which make generous use of Lupicia's green tea and black tea leaves, to Japanese and Asian-style sweets such as "Hojicha and Shiratama" and "Jasmine Tea and Almond Tofu."

An optional non-alcoholic cocktail with a playing card symbol motif (image) is available for 1,100 yen.
In addition to sweets, the menu also incorporates tea into its food offerings, including soup flavored with mint tea and milk tea gratin, offering a wide variety of tea-inspired dishes. Other drink options include original non-alcoholic cocktails with a playing card symbol motif.




In addition, on June 4th, Lupicia staff will be holding a one-point tea lesson where they will teach you how to brew delicious tea.
