Folk Kitchen at Hilton Osaka will be holding the "Dessert Buffet - Fashionable Hello Kitty" from May 31st to August 31st to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Hilton's founding and the 45th anniversary of Hello Kitty's birth.


The "Dessert Buffet - Fashionable Hello Kitty" is themed around Hello Kitty dressed up to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Hilton, which is said to be the first hotel to hold a dessert buffet in Japan, and will feature a lineup of 25 sweets with fashionable Hello Kitty-inspired fashion motifs, including cosmetics, jewelry, and bags.


In addition to sweets overflowing with cuteness, such as the Bright Red Hello Kitty Bag Cake, a lifelike bag-shaped cake made with chocolate and cherry compote featuring an eye-catching Hello Kitty charm, the banana-flavored Hello Kitty Ribbon Cupcake with its adorable ribbon-printed chocolate, and the Hello Kitty Peach Cream Cake filled with peach compote, the shop will also be introducing the Ruby Rouge Mousse, made with ruby chocolate, the much-talked-about fourth type of chocolate. The elegant acidity and natural ruby-colored cacao are combined with guava and passion fruit to create a passionate flavor.


In addition, there will be a lineup of sweets made with seasonal fruits such as colorful macarons, melon and muscat blancmange, mango pudding, and peach melba, as well as photogenic menu items such as the jewel-inspired "Diamond Fruit Jelly" and the cosmetic palette-inspired "Eyeshadow Palette Tart."
