"Uji Kintoki" ¥1,404, small ¥1,080 *Prices differ between the Imperial Hotel and TORAYA TOKYO locations.
"Uji Kintoki" is our most popular shaved ice every year. It's made with a generous amount of rich matcha syrup made from Uji matcha and wasanbon sugar, and topped with a sweet bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans. Available at all Toraya Karyo stores from May 1st to September 30th. Only the small size will be available at TORAYA TOKYO.
"Uji Kori" 1,296 yen, small 972 yen *Prices differ at the Imperial Hotel store
"Uji Kori" uses the same matcha syrup made from Uji matcha and wasanbon sugar as "Uji Kintoki." As it contains no bean paste, you can fully enjoy the rich flavor of the matcha syrup that fills your mouth, making it an irresistible treat for matcha lovers. Available at all Toraya Karyo stores except TORAYA TOKYO from May 1st to September 30th.
"Mikuriya Sencha Kintoki" 1,512 yen *Gotemba store only
"Mikuriya Sencha Kintoki", which will be sold exclusively at the Gotemba store from August 1st to 31st, is a luxurious dish made with syrup made from Mikuriya sencha produced in the Gotemba area and garnished with kudzu-flavored sencha mizu yokan. The sencha bean paste and red bean paste hidden at the bottom are also a highlight.
"Strawberry Mizore" ¥1,512, small ¥1,188 *Ginza store only
"Strawberry Mizore," available exclusively at the Ginza store from May 1st to September 30th, is a delicious treat made with 100% rare white azuki beans. The refreshing flavor of the white ogura bean paste is perfectly matched with the rich flavor of strawberry syrup.
"Kori Apricot" 1,512 yen, small 1,188 yen *Akasaka store only
"Kori Apricot," a popular flavor exclusive to the Akasaka store, will be making a comeback from May 1st to September 30th in conjunction with the store's renewal. A summery flavor made with sweet and sour syrup made with plenty of apricots and amaretto syrup, an apricot liqueur.
"Ume-gōri" (Plum Blossom Ice) 756 yen *Exclusive to TORAYA AOYAMA
"Ume-gōri" is sold all year round exclusively at TORAYA AOYAMA and has an elegant taste, combining the fragrant syrup made from Nankou plums from Kishu with the lightly sweet taste of white bean paste. It is served in a cup that makes it easy to take out, so it is also recommended for a quick break.
