Shiseido's new research and development base, Shiseido Global Innovation Center (commonly known as S/PARK), has opened in the Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 district. The first and second floors have been opened as an open lab, a place where anyone can "encounter inspiration for beauty" and freely experience Shiseido's beauty innovations.

The first floor of the open lab is also home to S/PARK Cafe, a "beauty" and "food" themed cafe created by Shiseido Parlour. S/PARK Cafe offers a menu centered around seasonal vegetables based on a "veggie-centric" concept.


The restaurant is open all day, from breakfast to lunch, cafe, dinner and even a quick drink. All menu items are originally designed with a focus on beauty and health, with attention paid to nutritional balance and portion size. "Vegicentric" is a term combining "Veggie" and "Centric". Unlike being vegetarian, it incorporates not only vegetables but also meat and fish, allowing you to enjoy meals that will make you beautiful from the inside out.

Opening from 8am, the morning menu offers not only coffee and cafe lattes, but also smoothies (starting from 580 yen) and fresh juices (500 yen), as well as light snacks like granola (350 yen) and veggie bread (150 yen). We also recommend unusual healthy drinks and sweets like the "Turmeric Latte" (450 yen) and "Muesli Yogurt" (400 yen), which are recommended for warming up your body.



For lunch from 11am to 3pm, a plate lunch is available, where you can choose from four colorful hot and cold deli items, each changing seasonally. With a selection of meats and pasta, this is sure to be a highly satisfying signature lunch.

The tea time menu features a lineup of innovative sweets, such as veggie sweets made with seasonal vegetables (veggie tarts 500 yen each), "Vegetable Petit Fours" (5 pieces for 400 yen), and "Tofu Ice Cream" (400 yen), a combination of tofu, ice cream, and frozen tomatoes.



For dinner from 5pm to 9pm, they offer a deli menu (500 yen each) that you can casually stop by for a light meal after experiencing the facility or on your way home from work. The "Vegetable Highball" (700 yen each), made with ingredients such as tomato and lemon, is also a recommended drink unique to this cafe. For those looking for a quick drink, try the "Choi-nomi Set" (1,000 yen), which includes two deli items and one alcoholic drink. By the way, happy hour is from 5pm to 6pm, when you can enjoy a variety of beers and wines for 500 yen.
