MUJI Diner, a restaurant open from morning until night, has arrived in Japan for the first time on the basement floor.
The theme is "simple food." Using a focus on vegetables, seafood, meat, and game, the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner set meals, as well as a la carte dishes and desserts. The menu is based on the chef's own wisdom and recipes, which he learned from visiting kitchens around the world, watching and listening to the chefs' cooking. Enjoy these dishes, filled with care and love, like home-cooked meals, with family and friends, a quiet moment for two, or a moment to enjoy by yourself.
MUJI Diner on the 1st basement floor
MUJI Diner is the first MUJI restaurant in Japan to feature a full-service system. There are 118 seats, ranging from counter seats to booths and private rooms, and reservations are also available. First, take the elevator down to the basement floor and you'll be greeted by a glass display case displaying fresh seafood delivered directly from the fishing port. To the left of that is a meat showcase. Based on the motto of using ingredients from producers you can see, the vegetables, fresh fish, and meat are cooked in the open kitchen and served to diners.

In one corner of the restaurant, there's even a tofu workshop. Freshly made "yushi tofu" and "shima tofu," made in-house using recipes directly from Ishi Tofu Shop in Miyakojima, are carried straight to the kitchen and cooked into yudofu and simmered tofu. Soy milk is used to make soy milk porridge for breakfast.
Morning (7:30 - 11:00)
We offer a breakfast set themed around "starting the day by getting your body in shape." Enjoy simple, healthy dishes like freshly made soy milk porridge, rice balls and miso soup, freshly baked toast and a fried egg.

Lunch (11:00 - 17:00)
The theme for lunchtime is "delicious set meals." Fresh fish delivered every morning from Odawara fishing port is used to create a daily set meal. MUJI Diner's signature salad bar (+400 yen) is also highly recommended, allowing you to fill up on seasonal vegetables. Open from 11:00 to 17:00, the varied menu offers a healthy and satisfying menu to satisfy all your needs, whether you're looking for a work lunch break, a break from shopping, or a tourist.
Evening (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
During evening hours, under the theme of "a meal gathered together," you can enjoy small dishes priced at 400 yen, seasonal grilled dishes, and large meat and fish platters. Set meals such as simmered fish are also available for single diners.
