Patisserie KIHACHI will be selling three types of "Fruit Punch" in limited quantities from March 27th. They're made by steeping juicy fruit in a syrup made with liquor and vanilla.
The liquor-based syrup brings out the fresh flavor of the fruit, and the addition of vanilla creates a more flavorful fruit punch.
This year, three types will be available: "Red," which allows you to enjoy the mellow flavor of grapes and berries; "Green," which has a refreshing acidity that makes it perfect for breakfast; and "Yellow," which allows you to enjoy the sweet and sour taste of citrus fruits.

◼️Red: A juicy, rich-flavored pear, mango, and pineapple base combined with grapes, blueberries, and ruby grapefruit for a mellow grape and berry flavor. The syrup is made with orange-scented triple sec, raspberry syrup, and vanilla.
◼️Green: A juicy, rich-flavored pear, mango, and pineapple base combined with whole young peaches, kiwi slices, and white grapefruit for a refreshingly tart flavor. The syrup is made with rich-flavored white rum and vanilla.
◼️Yellow: A juicy, rich-flavored pear, mango, and pineapple base combined with orange slices and ruby grapefruit for a sweet and sour citrus fruit flavor. The syrup is made with orange-scented triple sec and vanilla.
Fruit punch, made with colorful, juicy fruits steeped in a syrup with a subtle fruit scent, is perfect for a variety of occasions, such as breakfast or tea time. You can eat it as is after chilling it in the refrigerator, mix it with soda water or wine to make a drink, freeze it to make a smoothie, or mix it with gelatin to make a jelly.
Available in limited quantities at all Patisserie Kihachi stores from March 27th to August 27th. (Products available vary by store, and the sales period is subject to change.) Each item can also be purchased individually (1,500 yen each, tax included).
