Emporio Armani Caffé in Omotesando, Tokyo, has been serving a popular monthly seasonal parfait since March of last year. The popular "Cotton Candy Strawberry Parfait," a parfait offered in the past, is making a comeback for February.

The "Cotton Candy Strawberry Parfait" was a limited-time parfait introduced in March of last year, and was such a huge hit that many people clamored for its return. It's made with a generous amount of strawberries, raspberries, and chocolate cream, and topped with fluffy cotton candy.


When Lambrusco wine sauce flavored with berries, orange, and spices is poured over the cotton candy, the cotton candy gently melts like snow, revealing a plethora of strawberries and sorbet.

The tartness of the strawberries and raspberries blends with the sweetness of the chocolate cream and ginger-flavored panna cotta, and as you eat it, you'll experience a variety of textures and temperature differences, satisfying all five senses and bringing you a warm and cozy feeling. The limited-time "Cotton Candy Strawberry Parfait" will be available at Emporio Armani Cafe Aoyama until the end of February.
