JEWELMER, a luxury brand founded to create beautiful, sparkling golden pearls and sophisticated jewelry, will be holding a fair from January 30th to February 12th at the Jewelry & Watches/Jewelry Promotion section on the 4th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building.
Golden pearls are known for their lustrous golden color. JEWELMER, a company based in the Philippines, has successfully cultivated golden pearls, a feat previously considered difficult.
Jewelma, whose name comes from "jewel" (gem) and "mer" (sea), was founded in 1979 by French pearl farmer Jacques Branelic and Filipino businessman Manuel Cowanco, and has now grown into a brand with operations in 16 countries around the world. Jewelma's pearls are highly regarded by prestigious high jewelers for their high quality, and they hold an 80% share of the global market. In addition to supplying pearls, they also currently produce jewelry bearing their own name.
