Enjoy Valentine's Day at Toraya Cafe and An Stand. A limited-time menu combining "an" and "chocolate"

Toraya Cafe and An Stand will be introducing items made with "an" and "chocolate" for Valentine's Day.

An Stand Kita-Aoyama, An Stand Shinjuku, An Stand Ginza, and Toraya Cafe Aoyama will be selling new items from the "Yokan A La Carte" (897 yen including tax) and "An Paste (Chocolate and Praline Noisette)" (1,080 yen including tax).

"Yokan A La Carte" (897 yen including tax)
The new "Yokan A La Carte" line of bite-sized yokan, whose flavor changes with the seasons, is inspired by Toraya Cafe's specialty, "Azuki Bean and Cacao Fondant," and comes in three flavors: "Chocolate Cinnamon," which combines the exquisite combination of bean paste and chocolate with a hint of cinnamon; "Ginger," a ginger-flavored white yokan; and "Caramel," which uses salt from France and is reminiscent of salted caramel. The flavors will be on sale from January 10, 2019, until the end of March.

"An Paste (Chocolate and Praline Noisette)" is a rich-flavored dish that combines an paste with chocolate and gorgeously fragrant hazelnut praline. It goes perfectly with toast or pancakes. It is scheduled to be on sale from January 10, 2019, until mid-February.


"An paste kudzu shiruko and shiratama mochi (chocolate)" (702 yen including tax)
In addition, limited items will be sold at each store. From February 1st to 28th, 2019, the original menu item "An paste kudzu shiruko and shiratama mochi" (702 yen including tax) will be sold at the pop-up store on the ground floor of the An Stand Ginza store. The shiratama mochi will be changed monthly and will feature chocolate and cranberry flavors. The sweet red bean paste (simple) based sweet red bean paste shiruko thickened with Yoshino kudzu creates an exquisite match with chocolate and cranberry flavored shiratama mochi.

"Azuki and Cacao Fondant Cream Sandwich" (324 yen including tax)
In addition, An Stand Kita-Aoyama and An Stand Shinjuku will be selling "Azuki and Cacao Fondant Cream Sandwich" (324 yen including tax), a stick-shaped sandwich made by combining Toraya Cafe's specialty "Azuki and Cacao Fondant" with cheese cream. Toraya Cafe Aoyama will be selling the "Cacao and Berry Parfait" (1,188 yen including tax), which is made with a rich chocolate kudzu pudding base and topped with bean paste (smooth bean paste), azuki bean and cacao fondant, raspberry yokan, and salted caramel soy milk ice cream. The "Azuki Bean and Cacao Fondant Cream Sandwich" will be on sale from January 10th to February 14th, 2019, and the "Cacao and Berry Parfait" will be on sale from January 10th to February 28th, 2019.
