Portland Weekend Festa, an event showcasing the lifestyle of Portland, Oregon, known as the nation's No. 1 city to live in, will be held at Yokohama Bay Quarter (1-10 Kinko-cho, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama) from May 22nd to 24th. Surrounded by abundant nature, Portland is a city where high-quality living is practiced throughout the city. Under the theme of "Get Hold of Portland!", Portland Weekend Festa will showcase the unique culture that has recently garnered attention as the "Portland style" through a special store set up within Yokohama Bay Quarter and related events. Interior design shop ACTUS will open a pop-up store for Ouur, a lifestyle brand that embodies the worldview of Portland-based quarterly magazine KINFOLK (scheduled for May 22nd to June 14th). Additionally, a talk session featuring ACTUS President Akira Yasuyama and Daichi Matsumoto of the Business Creation Research Institute will be held on May 24th (reservations required). Lifestyle shop "niko and..." will be holding a demonstration (May 23rd-24th) offering free silkscreen printing to customers who purchase T-shirts and other items.

Other events planned allow you to experience the charm of Portland style, including a wagon shop selling products from all over Oregon (May 22nd-24th, 3rd floor Bay Street), a locally produced farmers market (May 23rd-24th, 3rd floor Gate Plaza) and craft market (May 23rd-24th, 3rd floor Main Plaza), brunch tables (May 22nd-24th, various stores in the building), a craft beer and happy hour (May 22nd-24th, various stores in the building), and a commemorative symposium (May 22nd, 6th floor The Classica Bay Resort).
