"4DAYS ROLLERSKATING BY TENBOX," a four-day roller skating rink directed by Mr. Pigu, director of "10 Box," a hot topic in the global street fashion scene, will open from January 3rd to 6th, 2019, in the event space on the 7th floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku.
Department stores used to be places for families to go on weekends or holidays, with department stores and amusement parks, but over time they have become primarily places for shopping, and there are fewer places for families and people to gather. This event will be held as a place for families and people to gather, just like in the old days. Mr. Pigu, director of 10 Box, which celebrates its second anniversary in January 2019, has recreated an American roller skating rink. Food and merchandise will also be available for purchase at the roller skating rink's concession stand.

At the venue, you can enjoy nostalgic roller skating in a moody, neon-colored atmosphere that evokes an authentic American atmosphere. It's a space that's fresh for children and somehow nostalgic for adults, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

In addition, a party will be held on the opening day, January 3rd, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM to celebrate the opening of the roller skating rink and the second anniversary of 10 Box. The event will feature guest DJ sets by Shirley and Charlie, owners of the popular LA select shop "VIRGIL NORMAL," Peter Maxwell and Mia of "Made Solid," which designs and produces handmade home goods and accessories from its East Hollywood studio, and DJ SHOTA, who placed fourth in the world at the "IDA WORLD DJ CHAMPIONSHIPS 2013" held in Poland.

The food at the concession stand will be overseen by "PIZZA SLICE," a popular pizza restaurant in Omotesando and other areas. The eat-in area will offer a variety of food and drinks, including original corn dogs, handmade donuts, and coffee. There will also be a limited-edition "PIZZA SLICE" pizza man.

Merchandise will feature limited edition items created by 10bako. Items range from the fleece-lined coach jacket (17,064 yen including tax) that Mr. Pigu made exclusively for himself and his friends before the brand was launched, to the long-sleeve T-shirt (11,664 yen including tax), which is also popular at 10bako, to crew neck sweatshirts (13,824 yen including tax) and hoodies (13,824 yen including tax), among many other limited edition items created to commemorate the opening of the roller skating rink. A limited-edition long-sleeved T-shirt (12,960 yen) in collaboration with "VIRGIL NORMAL" will also be released.
