Brown Rice, one of only two permanent draft beers in Tokyo, will open a limited-time beer garden at Neal's Yard Green Square in Omotesando, Tokyo, from July 29th to August 2nd. Brown Rice is a restaurant for adults, offering a relaxing meal surrounded by distinctive greenery, uniquely selected by Satoshi Kawamoto of GREEN FINGERS. This time, the terrace space will offer three carefully selected craft beers, paired with healthy vegetable dishes, in a stand-up bar. During the beer garden, "Tokyo Blonde," from the popular "Far Yeast" series, which is unpasteurized and boasts the unique appeal of draft beer, will be joined by "Tokyo White." Additionally, three new summer-only beers will be available (priced at 500 yen each, tax included). Food options include "Spicy Grilled Potatoes with Black Pepper Flavor," made with organically grown domestic potatoes, and "Deep-fried Soy Meat with Sansho Pepper Flavor," which has the texture of real meat. Also available is "Organic Vegetable Sticks with Tofu and Miso Mayonnaise," featuring colorful seasonal domestic vegetables dipped in egg-free tofu mayonnaise made with garlic and miso (six varieties in total, priced from 300 to 500 yen each).
