THE ROOFTOP, a barbecue beer garden run by J.S. BURGERS CAFE, a hamburger cafe at JOURNAL STANDARD, will open on the 8th and 9th floors of Lumine Ikebukuro from May 29th to October 12th. This year's theme, marking its third year, is "Mexican Resort BBQ," highlighting trendy Mexican food. Choose from three barbecue courses, featuring Mexican dishes perfect for the hot summer, such as nachos and Mexican salads, along with J.S. BURGERS CAFE's signature American flair. The recommended menu item is the hamburger included in all sets. Grill your own patty on authentic Coleman grilling equipment and add taco toppings to create your own original taco burger. The drink menu offers a free-choice plan with craft beer and Mexican cocktails. Mexican food also makes a perfect accompaniment to alcohol.
This year, the number of seats has been expanded, with a total of 270 seats across two floors, modeled after resorts in Arizona and Texas, allowing you to enjoy a casual barbecue without having to bring anything with you. The combination of trendy Mexican food and a beer garden, perfect for summer, is also catchy.
Opening hours are from 4pm to 11pm on weekdays, and from 12pm to 11pm on weekends and holidays. Open every day during the event period. Closed in the event of rain or severe weather.
