Aman Tokyo, an urban hotel in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward, will open its first separate cafe, "The Cafe by Aman," on June 1st.

Aman Tokyo opened in December last year in the midst of the naturally lush green space known as "Otemachi Forest." The cafe, located next to the hotel, will feature large windows overlooking the greenery, where chefs with experience in first-class restaurants and luxury hotels will prepare dishes in a lively open kitchen. Guests can enjoy the sounds of the forest stream and the seasonal colors during the day, and candlelight and a view of the illuminated forest at night.

The all-day à la carte menu includes main courses such as bouillabaisse and braised Austrian lamb leg, as well as amberjack terrine, romaine lettuce salad with carbonara sauce, and white asparagus and ribollita soup. Three lunch set menus are available at lunchtime (1,600 yen, 2,500 yen, and 3,500 yen, tax included). For teatime, an afternoon tea box (2,500 yen, tax included) featuring sweets, chocolates, savories, and soups is offered in a wooden box. At dinnertime, appetizers and carved prosciutto are available, complementing drinks. Drinks include wine, champagne, and Aman Tokyo's original sake. Other Aman Tokyo originals include five varieties of 100% fruit juices, such as orange and mango, created by the hotel's executive chef himself on a farm, and pound cakes made with sake instead of brandy. Jams, cookies, and baked goods made with fruit from the farm are also available, making them perfect gifts. There are 24 table seats, 8 counter seats, and 25 open-air terrace seats. Business hours are from 11:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, and until 21:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
