In conjunction with "France Week," held at the Isetan Shinjuku store from May 20th to 26th, shops and businesses based in Tokyo's Shinjuku area will be holding events offering French-related products and services.

Shinjuku Takano Main Branch, which operates Takano Fruit Parlor, has created a cake called "Gliotti" using chocolate from French chocolate maker Valrhona. This menu, which is not usually available during this time, can be enjoyed in the store's original food and gift area on the second basement floor. Additionally, on the 23rd and 24th, a special exhibit of Renault's Lutecia, headquartered in France, will be on display in a special space in front of the Takano Main Branch.

Shinjuku Nakamuraya will be offering a "France Week Special Sponsorship Lunch" (limited to 20 items per day, weekdays: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekends: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 3,000 yen) at Restaurant Granna on the 8th floor of the store. This lunch course includes appetizers, soup, main course, and dessert, and uses vegetables and honey also sold at the Isetan Shinjuku store's France exhibition.

From May 14th to 27th, Kinokuniya Bookstore will be selling books on French culture and how to enjoy French life on the second floor of the main building and the second floor of the annex Ad Hoc Building. A bande dessinée (a collective term for French comics) fair will also be held.

On May 26th, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, JTB, located in the banquet room on the seventh floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store's main building, will introduce tourist areas recommended by the French Tourist Board, complete with light meals. Furthermore, at the JTB Travelgate Shinjuku main store, the first 30 customers to book a trip to France through Look JTB during Isetan's France Week will receive a special French pouch. At L'OCCITANE's Shinjuku store, Voyage en Provence, customers who spend over 6,000 yen and bring a pamphlet introducing the city of Shinjuku issued by Isetan will receive a free L'OCCITANE original bag (approximately 19cm x 33cm x 15cm). At the calendarium on the first floor of Shinjuku Marui Main Building, tea specialty store KUSUMI TEA PARIS will be on sale, and traditional French bread will be on sale at Le Petit Mec TOKYO.
