Shinagawa Season Terrace, a 32-story, eco-friendly, large-scale complex in the Shinagawa area, which is gaining popularity as a new international business hub, will have its grand opening on May 28th. The complex will house 21 restaurants, including new business formats and some opening in Tokyo for the first time, creating one of the largest commercial zones in the Shinagawa Konan area.
Shinagawa Season Terrace will feature one of Japan's largest offices, covering 5,000 square meters per floor, a conference center supporting corporate activities, and a commercial zone focused on restaurants. The complex also features a vast 35,000-square-meter green space where workers and local residents can relax and unwind. The commercial zone will be located on the first through third floors, connected to the ground level.
Located on the first floor, which serves as the main entrance from Shinagawa Station, Kanoya Athlete's Cafeteria will serve set meals based on sports nutrition, with a menu of "one soup, one rice, and three main dishes." This restaurant offers a balanced intake of essential nutrients, and the ability to easily track calories and nutrients on receipts makes it easy to manage your health. The second floor is divided into five major zones. The "Park Zone," with its expansive green space, is home to the new cafe restaurant "GOOD MORNING CAFE," which also houses the running station "RUNCUBE." Based on the concept of a healthy breakfast after a morning run, the cafe offers a wide selection of morning items, including a toast set (480 yen) and an acai bowl (700 yen). The menu changes for lunch and dinner, making it a shop suitable for use throughout the day. Also opening in Tokyo is the popular Fukuoka restaurant "BBQ & Grill BUTCHER NYC," which serves authentic New York-style aged steaks and barbecued pork ribs cooked on a roaster imported from Texas. Separate menus are available for lunch and dinner, making it suitable for both business and after-hours dining. In the "Office Support Zone," which sells food essential for workers, the sandwich and deli "BLOSSOM & BOUQUET DELI CAFE" has opened. The cafe offers a lineup of around 30 sandwiches, which can be enjoyed with flannel-drip coffee and original vegetable and fruit juices. At lunchtime, a portion of the eat-in space is opened as a lunch market, selling not only the cafe's own deli items but also several types of bento boxes provided by other stores in the building, providing support for busy office workers. Following on from Toranomon Hills, "THE 3RD CAFE" has also opened. While retaining the same concept, it has added a book lounge, creating a new store format. In the "Annex Zone," a separate building suitable for parties and other dining occasions, the international restaurant and bar "Los Angeles Balcony Terrace Restaurant & Moon Bar" has opened. It offers a menu that emphasizes freshness using seasonal fish and vegetables. The terrace seating for 60 people becomes a beer garden in the summer, and there is also a cafe and bar counter that serves alcohol at all times, as well as private rooms perfect for anniversaries. There is also a chapel that can accommodate 70 people, which can also be used for weddings.
In addition, the Specialty Store Zone and Food Court Zone have a wide variety of stores aimed at busy workers, including Chinese restaurants, izakayas, and ramen restaurants.
