Daikanyama T-Site Bookstore has begun selling the Italian PC bag and stationery brand NAVA Design as the only authorized retailer in Japan. Founded in 1922, NAVA is a printing company that has produced catalogs, posters, and other printed materials for numerous brands, including Fendi, Bulgari, Gucci, and Prada. Established in the late 1960s as its manufacturing division, NAVA Design has become one of Italy's leading design companies. While the company has primarily sold watches in Japan, this marks its first time selling stationery in several years and its first domestically available bags. Stationery items available in-store include organizers for iPads and other tablets, A4 notebooks, cards, pens, and small items, as well as notebooks and calendars. Bags, ranging from backpacks to briefcases and tote bags, centered around laptop storage, are available in collaboration with various designers from around the world. In Japan, in addition to Daikanyama T-Site, the book is also available at T-Site Futakotamagawa, Umeda T-Site, TSUTAYA TOKYO ROPPONGI, Shonan T-Site, and Hakodate T-Site. Among these items, Fashion Headline is offering two prizes: the "A4 Portfolio" organizer (black, ¥15,600; includes an A4 notepad and stylus, iPad not included), which can be used to secure an iPad during meetings, and the "Fukazawa1-4" calf leather briefcase (red, ¥40,400; includes a detachable shoulder strap and an interior zip pocket), designed by product designer Naoto Fukasawa and designed to fit laptops and tablets up to 15.6 inches. We're giving away two items to two lucky email newsletter subscribers. The application deadline is noon on June 2nd. Winners will be notified by email at 6:00 PM on the same day.
