CABANE de ZUCCa Minami-Aoyama will be holding the "Mojinigiri" exhibition by art director Koichi Kosugi from September 14th to October 4th.

Sushi, synonymous with Japanese food, has now become so popular around the world that the term "SUSHI" has become a common global term.
This exhibition will feature the typography "Mojinigiri" designed by art director Koichi Kosugi for the long-established sushi restaurant Tsukiji Tamazushi.
"Moji Nigiri" was born from an attempt to make sushi using letters, aiming to convey a new "sizzle" of sushi that cannot be sensed from photographs. By further expanding the Japanese content of sushi from an entertainment perspective, a new world of sushi is being created.

Items based on "Moji Nigiri," a completely new form of visual communication that focuses on the unique colors and shapes of sushi, will also be on sale at Caban de Zucca Minami-Aoyama from September 14th. The "Mojinigiri T-shirt" lineup includes nine designs: tuna, egg, gizzard shad, kappamaki, salmon roe, amaebi, and all-over designs (6,500 yen each), sushi bucket (7,500 yen), and poster design (8,000 yen). Two designs of sushi bucket, nigiri, and tea "bags" (5,500 yen each) and all-over pattern "tenugui" hand towels (2,000 yen) will also be available.
In addition, to commemorate the opening of this exhibition, a Tsukiji Tamazushi stall will appear at Bag de Zucca Minami-Aoyama on September 15th. Professional chefs will serve mini nigiri using fresh ingredients that can only be found in the authentic Tsukiji. For more details, please visit Zucca's official Instagram.
Why not experience a new world of sushi at this exhibition, which expresses the traditional essence of sushi in a multifaceted, Japanese-pop style?
