CYCLE SHAKE BAR, a pop-up bar using a wheel-shaped shake machine currently operating at the J.S. BURGERS CAFE Shinjuku branch, will be selling the Cycle Shaved Ice Cocktail, a shaved ice cocktail made using the shake machine, for a limited time from June 21st to the end of August.


Cycle Shake Bar is a unique craft cocktail bar that serves cocktails using an original shake machine that incorporates a bicycle wheel as a shaker handle. The menu is themed around "craft bourbon" and uses Maker's Mark, a renowned American whiskey. When the bartender turns the handle as if shaking a shaker, a dynamic shaking action unfolds right before your eyes, accompanied by a powerful sound.


The limited-edition Cycle Shaved Ice Cocktail (880 yen including tax) was developed under the supervision of Asako Harada, owner of "Koishya Mamatoko." It is a fusion of shaved ice and cocktails.

It uses an original syrup made by blending Valencia orange, Darjeeling tea, and bourbon in a shaking machine, and is topped with layers of fruit pulp, shaved ice, and custard, topped with an abundance of vanilla cream. Accents of caramel sauce and pecan nuts are added to the shaved ice, syrup, and cream, creating a flavor experience reminiscent of a milk tea frappe.
