"ISEPAN!", a bread festival for bread lovers, will be held from May 23rd to 28th at the event space on the 6th floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building. From breads representing Japan at the World Bread Championships, to breads by skilled artisans, popular local shops, and collaborations that bring out the new appeal of bread, this limited-time event will bring together a huge selection of breads to delight any bread lover.

Hotel New Otani Patisserie SATSUKI "Amaou Croissant" (864 yen including tax)
The "Amaou Croissant" from "Hotel New Otani Patisserie SATSUKI" is made with Amaou purée and strawberry marzipan, topped with a glaçage. It's a cute-looking item topped with dried strawberries.

"365 Days" offers three flavorful slices of bread made from wheat from different regions. You'll want to try and compare the flavors of the wheat in "365 Days x Shokupan," "Hokkaido x Shokupan," and "Fukuoka x Shokupan."

Boulangerie Parisgo "Black Bean and Soybean Campagne" (843 yen including tax), "Chocolate Blanc and Tropical Fruit Cake Brioche" (843 yen including tax)
Boulangerie Parisgo, a creative bread maker acclaimed by boulangers around the world, will be offering "Black Bean and Soybean Campagne" and "Chocolate Blanc and Tropical Fruit Cake Brioche," of which only 100 will be available each day. Chef Abe Ryuzo will be visiting the store during the event.

Patrie Fukumori's "Soft Skin Bread" (1 loaf, 540 yen including tax), "Original Fermented Butter Rice Flour Croissant" (5 pieces, 357 yen including tax)
Patrie Fukumori is introducing a new type of bread that is fine-grained and sweet even without any accompaniments, made using a new method. This "Soft Skin Bread" will be sold at the Patrie Fukumori booth, with only 100 pieces available each day. The "Original Fermented Butter Rice Flour Croissant" will also be sold, with only 100 pieces available each day. Chef Fukumori Koichi will be visiting the store during the event.  

Lumiere "Amusement Park of Vegetable Gourmet Bread Plate" (1,981 yen including tax)
Lumiere is offering a gourmet bread menu, "Amusement Park of Vegetable Gourmet Bread Plate" (1,981 yen including tax), exclusively in the eat-in space. This menu features "Croque Monsieur, a natural yeast bread topped with melted raclette cheese," a creation created by Michelin-starred chef Yasushi Karato. Chef Yasushi Karato will be visiting the restaurant from May 23rd to 26th.
NEW YORK CLUB BAGEL & SANDWICH SHOP "Rainbow Colorful Bagel Sugar Cream Cheese Sandwich" (702 yen including tax)

Other breads with striking visuals will also be available, such as the "Rainbow Colorful Bagel Sugar Cream Cheese Sandwich" from NEW YORK CLUB BAGEL & SANDWICH SHOP and "Pain de Sange's" "Drop Box Bread Polka Dot Blueberry" (1 loaf 594 yen including tax).

In addition, this time the eat-in space has been expanded. You can also enjoy coffee and beer that complement the bread, such as the "Mellow Brown Coffee," with its mousse-like foam and smooth mouthfeel, and the "Iced Brew Coffee" (540 yen including tax), with its rich aroma and deep flavor. Last orders for dine-in are accepted 30 minutes before closing.
