Ahead of the release of the makeup collection created in collaboration between Lancôme and Lanvin creative director Alber Elbaz, the full version of the image film "An Alber Elbaz x Lancôme Show" created by Elbaz has been released online.
The film, which took more than six months to produce, is about one minute and 30 seconds long. Ahead of the release, trailers of a few seconds each were released at the end of last month, generating a lot of buzz.
The animated illustrations were created by Elbaz himself, with the help of Pascal Dangin, a creative director active in the magazine and advertising industries.
The story is set at a fashion show in Paris. Models appear wearing dresses with hearts, stars, and polka dots, which are also used on the packaging of the limited edition makeup collection. There is a surprise twist in store for the finale.
The limited edition collection, "LANCOME SHOW by Alber Elbaz," which includes mascara, palette, eye shadow, and false eyelashes, which will be making their first appearance at Lancôme, will be released worldwide on June 15th.
