The makeup collection "LANCOME SHOW by Alber Elbaz," a collaboration between French cosmetics brand LANCOME and Alber Elbaz, creative director of LANVIN, will be released worldwide on June 15th. The packaging features an original illustration by Elbaz, and the lineup includes four items: waterproof mascara "Hypnose Show Mascara" (three types, 3,990 yen each), five-color eyeshadow palette "Hypnose Palette" (three types, 6,510 yen each), eyeshadow "Ombre Hypnose" (three types, 3,150 yen each), and false eyelashes "Four Cils Eye" (7,770 yen). A promotional film for the collection, "The Beginning of Lancome's Fascinating Show," has also been produced and is available on YouTube.
Lancôme is actively collaborating with the fashion world, and last Christmas they collaborated with New York fashion doll designer Andrew Yang, and in April of this year with French designer Olympia Le Tan. A collaborative collection with New York designer Jason Wu is scheduled for September.
