For her Fall/Winter 2022-2023 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri reinterpreted the iconic pumps created in collaboration between Roger Vivier and Christian Dior. Named "Dior 62-22," a nod to its 1962 debut and the present, these pumps combine intricate embroidery with technical elements inspired by research at the D-Air Lab*. The piece connects past and future, adding the finishing touch to a timeless silhouette.

Mimosa flowers are meticulously applied to the heel, creating a profusion of blooming flowers, while coral-inspired pearls create a sparkling fringe. Featuring an adjustable, high-tech strap made from ultra-lightweight neoprene with dreamy decorations and fluorescent yellow stitching that evokes the world of motorcycling, the Dior 62-22 pumps embody a fusion of heritage and innovation.
