FENDI, the luxury brand from Rome, Italy, returns to its roots and celebrates its heritage and most powerful brand codes in a modern way with the introduction of the Peekaboo ISeeU Forty8, a new member of the Peekaboo ISeeU family and a companion for the Fendi traveler.
The Peekaboo ISeeU Forty8 features an architectural shape. A large, structured tote bag, it is a practical yet elegant weekender bag, perfect for weekend getaways. This new travel bag, comfortably sized, comfortable, and spacious, retains the classic Peekaboo i.c.u. details while incorporating new features. Peekaboo's classic twist lock now features a functional zipper, and the side features expandable button closures. Its flat, lightweight handles allow it to be worn as a handbag, while the fabric strap allows for crossbody or shoulder carry. Attached to the interior by a special mini strap, Peekaboo i.c.u.'s signature interchangeable pocket can be used as an additional pocket or a removable pouch.
A range of styles, combined with palladium hardware, celebrate the Maison's leather goods savoir-faire and the world of travel, which is closely linked to Fendi and its Fall/Winter 2022-23 Men's collection. Paying homage to Fendi's DNA, the Peekaboo I see you features the signature FF logo jacquard for the first time, combined with smooth premium leather in a sophisticated sand hue. The Fendi monogram is also featured in a contemporary black tone-on-tone version, crafted from premium leather. This version features a hot-stamped FF logo and stripes that appear depending on the light. The exceptionally soft and elegant Cuoio Romano calfskin, characteristic of Peekaboo, is available in refined Granata Bordeaux and Sand Beige. The offer is rounded off by a shearling version featuring the O'Lock detailing that garnered attention on the runway, as well as a special crocodile version featuring FF jacquard and suede details on the sides and top, elevating the bag's signature modern feel while highlighting the uniqueness of the material.
