Grand Hyatt Tokyo, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary in April 2018, will be offering special commemorative menus at its steakhouse, The Oak Door, and Chinese restaurant, The China Room, for a limited time from April 1st to May 31st.

15th Anniversary Burger (¥15,000 *tax and service charge not included)
The Oak Door, a steakhouse on the 6th floor that dynamically prepares fresh ingredients, will be introducing the 15th Anniversary Burger (¥15,000 *tax and service charge not included), which features a thick 1.5kg beef patty on a bun branded with the word "15th." This luxurious hamburger features the largest beef patty ever, weighing 1.5kg, and is topped with iceberg lettuce, tomato, roasted green chili, avocado, and red onion. The sauce is made with smoked jalapeno chipotle mayonnaise, giving it a spicy and smoky flavor. It's a photogenic dish that you can share with family and friends on social media. Please make your reservation at least three days in advance.

At the China Room on the 6th floor, where you can enjoy typical dishes from all over China and authentic dim sum, they have prepared a 15th Anniversary Special Dinner Course (15,000 yen *tax and service charge not included) where you can savor dishes and ingredients from all over China. In addition to reviving popular dishes from past years, the menu consists of dishes created by past guest chefs, such as Lobster with Shanghai-style Chilli Sauce. Enjoy a total of seven dishes, including an appetizer platter with China Room's special grilled dishes, Cornish Jack, Jinhua ham clear soup with matsutake and kinugasa mushrooms, pot-roasted Peking duck, live lobster with Shanghai-style chili sauce, stir-fried Daisen chicken with Sichuan-style chili peppers, noodles with Shanghai crab miso and snow crab sauce, and mango pudding, along with a selection of famous Chinese teas. Online reservations only include a complimentary glass of 15-year-old Shaoxing wine (up to four people per reservation).
