STATE OF ESCAPE, a handmade bag brand from Australia, will be holding a pop-up shop at the Isetan Shinjuku store from March 7th to 20th. The khaki color of their new spring collection, "Petit Escape," will be available nationwide before anywhere else.


STATE OF ESCAPE is a handmade bag brand founded in Australia in 2013 by Brigitte MacGowan and Desley Maidment. Based on the concept of "creating unique, edgy, and beautifully designed carryalls," the brand offers colorful and striking bags. The entire collection features a lightweight, soft, and comfortable neoprene body with a sailing rope shoulder strap. They're ultra-lightweight yet durable, fold compactly, and are washable for easy use. The new "Petit Escape" is a two-way bag with a standard bag handle and shoulder strap. The included pouch is also large, adding to its functional design. This pop-up will offer advance sales of the khaki-colored Petit Escape (¥39,000). The full lineup also includes the Flying Solo, Escape, Cityscape Mark II, Magazine Tote, and Festival Mini. The pop-up will be held at Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, 1st Floor, Handbags/Promotions, from March 7th to 13th, and at Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, 1st Floor, Handbags, from March 14th to 20th.
