Vitra, a Swiss furniture manufacturer founded in 1950, will be holding the "Vitra Home Office Story" in the Living Decor area on the 5th floor of the main building during the "2018 Flower Festival" held at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store. Together with illustrator Yu Nagaba, they will propose the ideal home office that is comfortable and stimulates creativity.


Vitra creates products and concepts through the creativity of world-class designers and its in-house development capabilities, contributing to improving the quality of homes, offices, and public spaces through the power of design. The brand continues to explore cutting-edge work styles and incorporate them into product and environmental concepts and designs. This time, they are proposing a home office that is both comfortable and invigorating, fostering creativity. Working with illustrator Yu Nagaba, who continues to pursue cutting-edge creative endeavors and collaborate with other industries despite spending a lot of time at home and at his desk, Nagaba will use a Vitra desk and task chair to create his ideal desk and home office.

This event will also feature new accessories by Jasper Morrison, which were just unveiled at Maison & Objet in January 2018. These will be available for pre-sale at the venue for their first Japan debut.

As a special bonus during the event, customers who purchase Vitra products, such as a Vitra task chair or interior accessories from the accessory collection, for ¥10,800 or more (tax included), or purchase a collection of Yu Nagaba's works, sold at the venue, will receive an original Vitra tote bag.
