Hankyu Men's Tokyo's Cool Biz and Classic "Cool Gentle" Styles

Jun 20, 2013

Hankyu Men's Tokyo in Yurakucho, Tokyo, is proposing styling and items throughout the entire store this summer under the theme of "COOL GENTRY."

The key to the styling is "traditional patterns." Jackets and pants feature classic glen plaid and houndstooth patterns, while shirts feature London stripes. The color palette is gray mixed with white and blue. Shoes, bags, belts, etc. are coordinated in brown.

The product lineup includes a checked jacket from NEWYORKER BY KEITAMARUYAMA (49,350 yen) and summer wool houndstooth pants from EDWARD'S (19,950 yen). Shirts include the Hankyu Men's exclusive HITOYOSHI shirt (10,500 yen) made from sports brand MIZUNO's sweat-absorbing, quick-drying material "Ice Touch." Other accessories available include ties, bags, and fragrances. The store also took part in the fashion show "SUPER COOLBIZ COLLECTION 2013," held last month and sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment and the Cool Biz Promotion Council, showcasing "cool and gentle" looks.
