British Made, a shop that delivers a British lifestyle with a rich story, will be releasing authentic British homemade baked sweets using chocolate from February 10th at its Ginza store, perfect as a Valentine's Day gift.

The sweets on sale are "Chocolate Tiffins," based on the recipe for the "groom's cake," which was the idea of Prince William, who has a sweet tooth, and was served at the first royal wedding in British history. Groom's cakes originated in 19th century England (Victorian era). They are cakes with a different flavor from the wedding cake prepared for the groom's guests, and are a homemade sweet beloved by the royal family and British households alike. At the British Made Ginza store, baked goods from Mornington Crescent, a popular British confectionery class and occasional bakery in Higashi-Azabu run by British owner Stacey, will be on sale, and an event called "Endearing British Chocolate" will be held from 11:00 on February 10th, where you can enjoy a sweets and tea tasting service. In addition, women who purchase products at the store between January 27th and February 14th will receive a small British souvenir (while supplies last).

The store also carries a lineup of gift items from British leather goods brand GLENROYAL. Why not stop by and look for a Valentine's Day gift?
