From January 28th to February 14th, Ecute Tokyo will be holding "Tokyo Chocolate Marche 2018," the largest Valentine's Day event at Tokyo Station. 
A special area will be set up at the Yaesu entrance, where 12 carefully selected chocolate specialty shops from around the world will gather together. They will be selling authentic chocolate gifts that are not usually available at Tokyo Station, including some that are opening for the first time at Tokyo Station or Ecute.
