All American-style hamburger shops, J.S. BURGERS CAFE, and all three J.S. FOODIES stores will be offering a limited-time winter menu using cheese from January 16th to February 28th.
"Bacon Spinach Gratin Burger" (1,380 yen)
The limited-time menu this time is themed around "Cheesy & Creamy," and features a lineup of hamburgers and side dishes made with cheese that's perfect for winter.
The "Bacon Spinach Gratin Burger" (1,380 yen) is a winter-like burger that features a wild and juicy patty and creamy spinach with plenty of cheese. The chewy 100% beef special patty is topped with "creamed spinach," a combination of white sauce, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. The melted Gouda cheese is sizzling and toasted to create a gratin-like finish.
"Crispy Fried Camembert" (480 yen)
Other cheese-filled menu items include "Crispy Fried Camembert" (480 yen), in which Camembert cheese melts from within a crispy coating made from crushed corn flakes and buns; "Onion Gratin Soup" (350 yen), a flavorful soup combined with red cheddar cheese; and "Hokkaido Cream Cheese Gelato" (280 yen), creamy cheese gelato topped with rich cheese cream and sweet and sour blueberry sauce.

During the period when the winter limited menu is being offered, the "Pendleton Set" (2,300 yen), a set of a Bacon Spinach Gratin Burger, soup, and original goods, has been created in collaboration with the long-established American lifestyle brand Pendleton, and is sold in limited quantities of 100 per store. In addition, the first 100 people at each store who follow the official Instagram account will receive an original tin badge.
