"Sweet and Sour Berry and Sparkling Wine Tart" (Piece 892 yen incl. tax / Whole (17cm) 4,320 yen incl. tax / Whole (25cm) 8,532 yen incl. tax) is a tart inspired by the sparkling spring atmosphere, with colorful berries floating in the motif of fruit sparkling wine.
Sparkling wine-flavored custard cream and lemon cream are topped with sweet and sour berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
