Based on the concept of "the ultimate dish," FLIPPER'S offers "Miracle Pancakes" with a new texture and experience, using carefully selected ingredients and a simple recipe that brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients. Currently operating six locations both in Japan and overseas, FLIPPER'S offers "Miracle Pancakes."


Available only during the holiday season, from December 11th to January 8th, 2018, the "Miracle Pancake Snow Strawberry" (¥1,400) is a premium dish made with two layers of thick pancakes, baked 1.5 times larger than usual. The delicate, jiggly pancakes, the generous topping of milk cream that almost spills over, and the large strawberries create a luxurious feeling.


During the Christmas season, from December 15th to 25th, we're offering a premium menu item, "Miracle Pancake Snow White Strawberry" (¥1,600), topped with white strawberries called "Awayuki." Awayuki, with its sweetness, strong fragrance, and adorable, slightly pink color, is a rare fruit that can only be harvested for a limited time. This dish offers a unique texture created by layering the batter, and a delightful marriage of fruit and cream.


Another popular item is the "Pancake Pie Strawberry Custard" (350 yen), a one-handed treat made with fluffy pastry sandwiched between flaky pastry. It's filled with custard, homemade strawberry sauce, and plenty of fresh strawberries. This takeout-only item makes a perfect gift.
