LADURÉE has released a special macaron box in collaboration with Yazbukey.
Yazbukey is a Paris-based designer known for bold accessories incorporating playful, pop motifs and ideas. Known for being one of the earliest designers to incorporate plexiglass into fine jewelry, they have also made headlines for their collaborations with popular brands such as Shu Uemura, LACOSTE, Linda Farrow, and Diane von Furstenberg. This time, she has designed a limited edition macaron box to celebrate Christmas 2017, "Yazbuki Sèze Royale" (6 pieces/3,564 yen including tax). The appeal is its pop design, which boldly uses the tricolore that symbolizes France. The limited edition box that holds the colorful macarons features a sign for Rue Royale de Paris, where Ladurée's flagship store is located, expressing the unique atmosphere of Parisian streets. The accompanying shopping bag is decorated with a motif of bright red lips and a speech bubble, allowing you to enjoy Yazbuki's unique world view. "Yazbuki Sèze Royale" will be available for pre-sale at a pop-up store held at Isetan Girl on the 2nd floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku from December 13th to 25th. The pop-up will also feature a Yazbuki collection specially selected for this occasion.
