This exhibition attempts to capture Foujita's art from new perspectives by setting themes such as "landscape painting," "portrait," "nudes," and "religious painting," which represent each era, in chronological order of production. This exhibition is packed with highlights, including more than 10 of Foujita's signature works, including his signature "Milky White Nude." It also features the first appearance of "Portrait of Emily Crane-Chadbourn" in Japan, as well as rarely seen works. It will also be held at the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto, from October 19 to December 16, 2018.
