■ "Shadows on the Wall" by Peter Lindbergh

The "Pirelli Calendar," a promotional calendar produced by tire manufacturer Pirelli for over 50 years, has gained many fans around the world thanks to the use of top photographers and beautiful models every year. The 2017 edition of the calendar was shot by fashion photography master Peter Lindbergh.

Lindbergh is said to have taken over 37,000 shots for the calendar, featuring 14 actresses including Nicole Kidman, Uma Thurman, Charlotte Rampling, Jessica Chastain, and Julianne Moore.

This book is a compilation of selected works from the vast collection, most of which remained unpublished. This large-format photo book is packed with beautiful monochrome portraits that reflect the inner lives and minds of these great actresses.
