The first shop for MUVEIL WORK, a new line launched by MUVEIL this spring/summer, will open on July 3rd in the Tokyo Closet section on the second floor of Isetan Shinjuku. The shop will carry not only clothing but also art books, art, and household goods. The interior design was handled by Landscape Products. To commemorate the store's opening, a week-long event will be held starting July 24th. Manga artist Michihiro Hori will be selling original vegetable-themed illustrations and three T-shirt designs featuring the illustrations. During the event, Hori will be holding a portrait session on the 24th, 26th, and 28th. Additionally, Sky High, the juice bar on the second floor, will be introducing an original smoothie in collaboration with MUVEIL WORK. Customers who spend over 10,000 yen on MUVEIL WORK products during the event will receive a drink ticket that can be exchanged for an original smoothie.
Other special items available during the period include military print bags, leopard and military print iPhone cases, and long dresses with heart pockets. There will also be a book corner in collaboration with Twelvebooks. After the event, the fixtures will be moved to the Aoyama shop, Gallery Muveil.
Muveil Work is a line that sets a theme each month, develops new products, and suggests coordination that suits the season. For the 13-14 AW season, the themes for each month are "Construction Worker," "Farmer," "Woman Victory," "Teacher," "Fisherman," and "Skier."
