Jean-Paul Hévin releases a collection full of chestnuts and pears

JEAN-PAUL HÉVIN will be releasing a collection called "Plaisir d'Automne" using chestnut and pear fruits on September 1st. From September 1st to October 31st, "Bonbon Chocolat Poire" (452 yen including tax), a pear and vanilla caramel ganache coated in milk chocolate, "Boîte Chocolat Otonne" filled with the same chocolate (4 pieces, 1,793 yen including tax / 6 pieces, 2,472 yen including tax / 12 pieces, 4,355 yen including tax / 18 pieces, 6,478 yen including tax / 37 pieces, 12,322 yen including tax), "Fondant Chocolat Mon On Fonds" (717 yen including tax), baked with rich ganache, and "Macaron Poire In" (281 yen including tax), made with pear and yuzu juice for a refreshing finish, will be available. Additionally, "Cave à Chocolat Autonne" (9 pieces, 3,601 yen including tax / 16 pieces, 6,061 yen including tax), "Boîte Maniétique Autonne" (25 pieces, 8,997 yen including tax / 50 pieces, 16,362 yen including tax), and "Bonbon Chocolat Poire" (452 yen including tax) will also be available. Also, available only on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from September 1st to 30th, is the Mont Blanc "Mont Poire Yuzu" (688 yen including tax), which is filled with chestnut cream and Chantilly pear puree with yuzu. Also, from September 1st to January 13th, 2018 (planned), the "Cake au Chocolat Marron Grand (Boxed)" (2,916 yen including tax) will be available, which contains rich chestnut confit flambéed with butter, cassonade, and rum. Additionally, from September 1st to April 30th, 2018 (scheduled) on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only, the "Mont Blanc" (688 yen including tax) will be available, featuring rich and flavorful chestnut cream, plenty of Chantilly, and crispy almond-flavored meringue.

Also available now is the "Marron Confit" (497 yen including tax for 2 pieces, 994 yen including tax for 6 pieces, 2,981 yen including tax for 12 pieces, 6,394 yen), made with large chestnuts from Piedmont, Italy, preserved in syrup.
