The street food festival "Gourmet Street Food Vol.4 -Tokyo Gourmet Food Stalls-" will be held on September 16th and 17th in the courtyard of the United Nations University in Aoyama, Tokyo.
This event brings together the next generation of gourmet street food carts. The "SPICE & BEER" themed food tasting event will feature beers from craft breweries across Japan paired with special spicy dishes from food carts. Spicy foods will be sold as "tasting tickets," with advance tickets also available.
On the 17th, a one-day-only food cart called "Sustainable Seafood Kitchen" will be set up by three top chefs from Japan's leading restaurants: "Sincere," "HIGASHIYAMA-Tokyo," and "Tilpus." Street food will be sold (while supplies last) using seafood caught or farmed in ways that "don't overfish," "don't harm the ocean," and "protect fishing communities."

In addition, there will be merchandise booths set up under the theme "People who love the streets know the delicious things on the streets." Jazzy Sport Music Shop, HOLE AND HOLLAND, DINT, wack wack x interbleed, The 1st shop, Hey, Mama and more will be setting up stalls.

Events will also be held by DJ and performance teams. On the 16th, the event will be organised by "JAZZY SPORT," a "female-friendly hardcore group" that loves music and sports. On the 17th, Tokyo-based party and creator group "HOLE AND HOLLAND" will be selecting music all day.

Food trucks will include WISH FRESH SALAD and Bokunke Noen. , pizza VAN, Siam Chan, ZIP CODE Tokyo, Hikari Coffee, BUTCHER'S TRUCK, Komejirusai, Nogeyama Curry Shokudo, Gyuni-nikomi Akaneko, BON JUICE, Cafe Imperial, Koji Publishing Research Institute and others are scheduled to set up stalls.
