Starting September 1st, DEAN & DELUCA will be releasing three original soups and a simple, clean-design soup pot.

The shop offers a series of soups made with carefully selected ingredients and original recipes in a traditional style. The lineup includes "Clam Chowder Soup," made with a bouillon carefully selected to bring out the flavor of clams and béchamel sauce; "Minestrone Soup," featuring a plentiful selection of ingredients, including flavor-packed pork salsiccia, two types of kidney beans, and chickpeas; and "Sweet Potato Soup" (¥680 each), made with plenty of "Beni Haruka," a sweet potato variety.

Also available is the "Soup Pot" (¥2,500), a stainless steel double-walled pot with excellent airtightness and heat/cold insulation, allowing you to enjoy freshly made soups on the go. The interior is ceramic-coated to prevent odors and color transfer. They can be used for a wide range of dishes, from soups to hot dishes like rice and noodles, to cold desserts.
