COOPSTAND, a select shop in Tokyo's Ginza district, will be holding a "Summer Tableware and Fans" exhibition from July 7th to August 18th, featuring a selection of glassware, glasses, and fans that will add color to your summer dining table and daily life.
The exhibition will be divided into two parts. The first part, from July 7th to 30th, will feature blown glass glasses and dishes and popular flower vases by Azuchi Sota from Gifu, tableware that will add joy to your summer dining table by Fukuda Rui of Koshiro Mizuho Kiln from Kumamoto, and glass and ceramic items and fans, centered around Marugame fans made from handmade washi paper by Uchiwa Kobo Mitani from Kagawa.
The second half of the event, from August 1st to 18th, will welcome Nakameguro's "Craft Utensils and Tools SML," a shop that stocks crafts from all over Japan. The event will feature a diverse lineup, including glass items by Ishikawa Masahiro of Ishikawa Glass Crafts, which will be available at COOPSTAND for the first time, as well as stencil-dyed fans by Yunoki Samiro, Ishikita Yumi, and Oki Natsuko.
