This fourth and final installment of our Ginza Six gourmet report introduces cafes perfect for a shopping break. From casual eat-in stands to trendy, stylish cafes, the lineup is diverse. Finding your favorite cafe is sure to make your shopping even more enjoyable!
Located on the third floor, "Framboise" is a crepe and galette specialty shop with its flagship store in Paris, a favorite among Parisians, and has just arrived in Japan for the first time. Made with organic wheat and buckwheat flour, the shop offers both savory and dessert crepes and galettes, making them perfect for both a full meal or a light snack. A standout menu item is the "Galette Dosa" (from 1,580 yen), made with glutinous rice and lentil flour. Seasoned with curry spices, it's reminiscent of an Indian-style galette. Enjoy it with cider or wine.
On the fifth floor, you'll find the California-based cafe "Seventy Two Degrees Juicery Plus Cafe by David Myers." They offer original smoothies made with superfoods popular with health-conscious women, as well as open sandwiches topped with plenty of vegetables. The interior, inspired by the warm climate and worldview of Southern California, has an open and relaxed atmosphere. A healthy drink will quickly help you recover from your shopping fatigue!

Sit at the counter with a retro-modern atmosphere and enjoy the specialty "Ginza Coffee Jelly" (mug included/800 yen) or "Cafe Europe Blend" (500 yen).

Next to the sales area for matcha, which is gaining popularity overseas, and sweets made with matcha, there will be a stand where you can get takeout drinks, including the Ginza store's exclusive Tsujiri Soft Koicha (630 yen). This is the only place where you can eat exquisite soft serve ice cream made with twice the usual amount of high-quality matcha! Savor the taste and aroma of matcha as it fills your mouth.
