On July 26th, the popular pancake restaurant "Eggs'n Things" opened its second Tokyo location at Aqua City Odaiba (1-7-1 Daiba, Minato-ku).
Eggs'n Things was founded in Hawaii in 1974. Since then, it has been a popular casual restaurant in its home country, boasting high popularity among both locals and tourists. It first arrived in Japan in 2010 with the opening of its Harajuku location, marking its first overseas expansion. The Harajuku location has been a hot topic due to its long lines. Since then, it has expanded to the Kansai region. The newly opened Odaiba location will be the eighth location in Japan.
The restaurant's concept is "All Day Breakfast." Enjoy delicious, hearty breakfast menu items all day long. The menu ranges from sweet dishes like the "Strawberry Whipped Cream and Macadamia Nut Pancakes" (1,018 yen) to egg-based meals like Eggs Benedict (1,111 yen). The restaurant also offers a wide variety of dinner dishes available after 5:00 PM, including the "Surf & Turf Combo Plate" (2,731 yen), "Garlic Shrimp" (1,500 yen), Kalua Cabbage (694 yen), Lomi Lomi Salmon (694 yen), and Ahi Poke (741 yen). The restaurant also offers luxurious pancake dishes like the "Mango A Go Go Pancakes" (1,481 yen), perfect for a luxurious after-dinner treat. The interior is dominated by Hawaiian themes. The high ceilings and full-length glass walls create an open, airy feel. At 386.8 square meters, the restaurant is the largest in Japan. You can also enjoy your meal on the terrace seats facing the Tokyo Bay waterfront. There are 106 seats inside the restaurant and 28 on the terrace.
The restaurant is open from 9:00 to 23:00. To commemorate the opening, the first 2,000 customers will receive a free bandana. In addition, the first 1,000 customers will receive an original mug for every 1,500 yen they spend.
