
Menswear brand AMI ALEXANDRE MATTIUSSI will open six pop-up shops in Japan from March to April.
AMI ALEXANDRE MATTIUSSI won the ANDAM Fashion Award in Paris in 2013. The brand offers chic and cool ready-to-wear clothing, and for the Spring/Summer 2015 season, it presented a collection themed on 1990s youth culture. This time, the brand will offer items that blend in with the school courtyard, the venue for the show, in a space themed on the school courtyard.
Starting with a pop-up at GRAGE D.EDIT on the fourth floor of Hankyu Men's Tokyo (2-5-1 Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) from March 1st to March 10th, the brand will open three stores in the Shibuya and Harajuku areas of Tokyo. The exhibition will be held at EDIFICE TOKYO (6-23-3 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; from March 5th to 15th), International Gallery BEAMS (3-25-15 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; from March 14th to 31st), and AMERICAN RAG CIE Shibuya Store (1-5-4 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; from April 4th to 12th).
The exhibition will then be held at GRAGE D.EDIT (7-10 Kakuta-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) on the second floor of Hankyu Men's Osaka from April 8th to 21st, and at AMERICAN RAG CIE Kobe Daimaru Store (3F, Former Foreign Settlement Building No. 38, 40 Akashi-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture) from March 20th to 29th.
