All-day dining Grand Kitchen will offer a variety of dishes using an abundance of seasonal vegetables and seafood as an à la carte menu, including "Smoked Salmon and Seasonal Vegetable Terrine with Caviar and Green Apple Jelly" (1,950 yen), which uses moderately fatty crimson autumn salmon and seasonal vegetables such as pumpkin.

Other options include the "Icho" lunch course (8,700 yen) featuring matsutake mushroom and autumn vegetable tempura at Tempura Tatsumi, and the "Susuki" dinner course (17,800 yen) featuring Kuroge Wagyu beef and matsutake mushroom tempura as the main course, the "Hori" teppanyaki restaurant offering a course that incorporates autumn flavors such as "Abalone Steamed in a Bamboo Charcoal Salt Kiln," while the lobby lounge "The Palace Lounge" is offering the "Autumn Afternoon Tea" (3,900 yen, 5,600 yen with a glass of champagne) which offers 16 dishes in a three-tiered box including temari sushi wrapped in smoked salmon.
