The 2nd AOYAMA CURRY FESTIVAL & SPICE MARKET, an autumn curry tasting event, will be held at the Aoyama Farmers Market on September 12th and 13th.
One month after the first event in August, which was a huge success, this year's variety is even greater, with approximately 30 types of curry and spice dishes from approximately 20 participating stores.
Participating stores include popular restaurants from throughout Tokyo and its suburbs. The lineup is sure to warm both body and soul, including Cardamom Shokudo's "Legendary Keema Dry" in Kanda, which sold out all 2,000 servings at the 2014 Kanda Curry Grand Prix, Komazawa University's Brooklyn Ribbon Fry's "Ginger Curry & Ginger Ale," Altoto's "Five Kinds of Mushroom and Squid Curry" in Shimokitazawa, and T's Grill's "Kumejima Reduced-Pesticide Mango Fruit Curry." Also participating will be Spice House, a spice specialty store founded in Kanagawa 43 years ago. A spice blender will mix spices right in front of you and then sell them for sale.
