On December 13th, the Roppongi Hills branch of ELLE cafe launched five new cold-pressed juice options. Cold-pressed juice is made using a slow juicer to remove only the pulp (insoluble dietary fiber) from vegetables and fruits. This preserves nutrients like vitamins and enzymes, while also promoting intestinal health through cleansing (soluble dietary fiber). The recipe, developed in collaboration with Kobayashi Medical Clinic, is not only delicious but also medically sound. One bottle boasts more vegetables and fruits than an adult needs in a day. Among the new options, the "Veggie Pear" (920 yen) features pear and komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach). In addition to the pear's rich cleansing properties, the pear peel contains chlorogenic acid, which is effective against aging. Combined with komatsuna, rich in calcium, vitamin A, and neoxanthin, which has anti-obesity properties, this juice offers effective beauty benefits. Meanwhile, the "Aloe Chia" (920 yen) supports a healthy lifestyle. It blends aloe vera and chia seeds, which lower cholesterol, with pineapple, which promotes meat digestion, and grapefruit, which aids in the breakdown of fat. The "Pom&Coco" (920 yen) uses coconut water and grapefruit, which are effective against anti-aging, and luxuriously contains antioxidant-rich pomegranate seeds. Other flavors include the "Triple C" (900 yen), which combines three vegetables with the letter "C," and the "Nuts Chocolat" (900 yen), which combines raw cacao, which contains PEA, a hormone released during love, with homemade almond milk. Some of the flavors are limited-time only, as they use seasonal ingredients such as chrysanthemum.

In addition, the Roppongi Hills store will offer five classic flavors - "Berry," "Green," "Citrus," "Roots," and "Milky" - as well as 10 types of smoothies made with these flavors. Toppings such as acai and red maca can also be ordered for an additional 100 yen.
